Scheduling Policies

  • Immediately after scheduling your appointment and filling out the associated intake forms in the scheduler, you will be provided with the exact address of the studio where services will take place. This is done to protect my space as most services are offered in my home gym! If you do not receive location details, please email or call as soon as possible so I can provide them prior to your appointment.

  • All services provided have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will not receive a refund for the cancelled service. Extenuating circumstances do occur and I am happy to try and work out a rescheduled appointment within the same week if necessary.

  • All appointments must be paid at the time of scheduling. If you wish to purchase a bulk amount of sessions, we will discuss this at your fitness consultation. Please inquire if you are interested in training, but have a low income or budget situation.
