Yes, it’s dramatic. But it’s also true: the more time we spend sitting, the more it can affect long-term health—especially when it becomes our default outside of sleep.
And no, the solution isn’t to panic or never sit again. It’s to build a routine that includes regular movement throughout the day—not just one workout and then 10 hours in a chair.
